We have had multiple questions in regards tot he most recent Hurricane. Many of you have inquired about the picking up of storm debris. The county has made a first pass through but there were many larger items their crane could not handle retrieving, therefore, another pickup, most likely a FEMA Contractor will be forthcoming. We do not have an dates or further information, so, please. continue to place your storm debris on the edge of the right-away at the roads.

When a storm passes through as powerful as the last two, we realize these are times when trees may fall, even damaging homes or vehicles. The Architectural Review Committee has asked we remind you that in these instances of health and safety, immediate removal of the damaged/downed tree is understood.. The ARC does ask however, that you simply place an after the fact request online. This will help us track and have a better understanding of the damage to the neighborhood. if you have any questions in regards, please reach out to the ARC directly via the online portal.
