Association President, Patrick Sarsfield, welcomes all to the Buckingham Homeowners Association website.
Watering Restrictions
Effective as of August 1, 2017, the new schedule for watering established lawns and landscaping in unincorporated Hillsborough County, as well as the City of Tampa, is:
Addresses ending in 0, 1, 2 or 3 | Mondays and Thursdays |
Addresses ending in 4, 5 or 6 | Tuesdays and Fridays |
Addresses ending in 7, 8 or 9 | Wednesdays and Saturdays |
Locations with no address (common areas) and locations with mixed addresses (such as office complexes) | Wednesdays and Saturdays |
Enforcement
All watering must be done before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m., and only once on your designated days.
Rules
Hand Watering
Hand-watering and low-volume irrigation of plant material other than lawns or turfgrass may be done on any day and at any time.
New Sod and Landscaping
All watering of new sod and landscaping must be done before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m. An irrigation system zone can only be operated if the new sod or plant material covers at least 50 percent of that zone.
- New sod and landscaping may be watered on any day for the first 30 days
- On days 31-60, new sod and landscaping may be watered approximately every other day: even-numbered addresses on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
- Odd-numbered addresses, locations with no address and locations with mixed addresses on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
Decorative Fountains, Car Washing, Pressure Washing
No restrictions.

Association’s 2023-2024 Board Assumes Duties
Buckingham Homeowners Association 2023-2024 Board of Directors has assumed its duties. Officers and Directors are:

Mosquito Complaint Contact Information
Several homeowners have complained about mosquito presence in the subdivision. The county will address this issue if enough people contact them to complain. The county number to call is 813-635-5400. If they get enough calls, they will come spray the area.

HOA By Laws Amended
Section 22 of the By Laws for the Buckingham Subdivision Homeowners Association has been amended by the Board. The Amendment is included in the First Quarter 2012 Newsletter for your information and review. In the event you have any question in relation to this amendment you should contact either your zone representative or a Board member. Inspect Your Homes
Please inspect your homes for any minor repairs that may be needed, and attempt to have them repaired as soon as you can, as it will help maintain the value of your property. In the event that you may need some assistance in relation to making minor repairs, please contact you zone representative/block captain, as they may know of someone (handyman) in the community that can be of assistance to those in need of such minor repairs.
